Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various projects through physical labor, equipment handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction or handyman work is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns to perform various tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
Experience
- Prior experience with hand tools, carpentry, or general construction work is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions
- Experience working with roofing materials.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in the roofing industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
