As a Hydraulic Technician specializing in cylinder rebuilding, you’ll be the hands-on problem solver who restores power and precision to our clients’ equipment. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of machinery that keeps projects on track and businesses running smoothly. Whether you’re diagnosing wear, machining components, or fine-tuning assemblies, your skill and attention to detail will make a measurable difference every day.
What You'll Do
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild hydraulic cylinders to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Operate shop tools and equipment such as hydraulic Torque benches, presses, and honing machines.
- Test rebuilt cylinders for performance, safety, and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
