In this role, you'll support exterior repair and installation projects while building your skills in siding, soffit, fascia, and window work. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As a Service Technician, you'll work alongside your team to complete exterior repairs and installations that meet quality and safety standards. Your day may include assisting with siding, soffit, fascia, and window work, setting up job sites, handling materials, and using tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
You'll help keep job sites clean and organized while supporting overall workflow and productivity. You'll also communicate progress, report any issues or material needs, and ensure work is completed in line with company procedures and building requirements. Each day is an opportunity to build your skills, contribute to quality workmanship, and support a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience in construction, exterior repairs, roofing, siding, or a related trade is an asset.

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.

Demonstrated ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Basic understanding of exterior construction systems, including siding, soffit, fascia, and window installations, or willingness to learn.

Working knowledge of job site safety practices, including PPE use, ladder safety, and fall protection requirements.

Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality standards consistently.

Basic communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers.

Ability to work as part of a crew in various weather conditions.

Comfortable using mobile devices for job documentation and communication.

Fall protection certification or willingness to obtain required safety certifications.
