As our dining room expands and changes are made for growth, We are looking for several experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The two position's we are hiring for:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking orders, handing out take-out orders and keeping their area clean and stocked at all times. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of service and working in a very fast paced environment.
The Server position will be responsible for seating, & fully serving your tables from start to finish. Keeping their area clean and stocked at all times. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of service and working in a very fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take orders over the phone & in person
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and other information as needed.
- Ensure orders are full and complete when handing them out to patrons.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
