Job description:
We are looking for a bilingual (French and English), motivated and results-oriented outbound advertising sales representative to support the expansion of our advertiser network and effectively position our high value-added marketing solutions. This contractual mandate is ideal for an independent professional who appreciates work flexibility and is recognized for his ability to generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to businesses, agencies, and marketing decision makers via calls, emails, and prospecting campaigns
- Pitch advertising solutions— OOH, digital ads, sponsorships, or branded content—based on each client’s marketing goals
- Identify advertiser needs and recommend tailored ad packages that deliver measurable value
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects while meeting activity and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all outreach, conversations, and deal progress
- Collaborate with our internal team to refine offerings, improve messaging, and support client success
- Nurture leads through consistent follow up and convert prospects into long term advertising partners
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual speaking French and English
- 3+ years of experience in outbound digital advertising sales, media sales, and/or online advertising
- Proven track record of outbound selling advertising space, sponsorships, or digital media packages
- Strong communication and sales skills, especially when presenting creative advertising concepts
- A self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
- Confidence in handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and revenue targets
- High energy, resilience, and a results‑oriented approach
Assets (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience selling Out of Home and website advertising inventory or sponsorships
- Background working with OOH, programmatic networks, ad agencies, or ad resellers
- Familiarity with tools such as Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
