Position Overview:
At Al Anderson's Source for Sports, we pride ourselves on creating a fun and supportive team-based work environment. As part of our Team Sales Printing & Production staff you will play a crucial role in our entire production process, ensuring that all orders are processed in a way to meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time. You will be responsible for operating our embroidery and heat press machines in our production area as well as maintaining the machines you are working on working directly in our production Team Lead to produce custom-crested apparel.
Team Sales Production
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and Maintain Embroidery Machines: Manage one 6-head and one single-head embroidery machine to ensure high-quality output.
- Operate and Maintain Heat Press Machines: Manage multiple heat press machines to produce top-notch sportswear.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, adjusting as needed to maintain high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a production environment that involves repetitive tasks while maintaining efficiency and consistent product quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform light troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Comfortable working with computers, learning new software systems, and troubleshooting issues with computer-connected equipment.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
