Job Description
The successful applicant will reporting to the COO of the company.
This position is responsible for providing communications, social media, video editing, graphic design, tracking, database management and general marketing support to customers and suppliers of Direct Liquidation. This position will be required to work out of the Vancouver location.
Preference will be given to individuals that possess expert level Social Media creation and executing as well as excellent communication and graphic design and video skills.
With direction, manages fulfillment of client marketing programs
- In conjunction with COO, develops and implements new marketing programs
- Crafts and manages all external referral source email communications
- Liaison with suppliers to develop marketing materials as required
- In combination with COO, prepares and edits all sales communications
- Plans and executes special events
- Manages all social media platforms
- Coordinates on-line and off-line client and referral source communications
- Graphic design and layout of marketing materials
- Tracking: produces month-end reports
- Public Relations development, execution and support
- Database management fulfillment and querying as required
- Works to develop and launch new marketing programs
- Supports all aspects of the back-end and fulfillment of existing marketing programs
- Some IT support as required by office
- Manages uploading of web platforms – maintains existing websites
- Maintains the integrity of online library, passwords, databases and files

- Excellent Graphic Design Skills – currently we work in Canva but not a requirement.
- Exceptional communications writing for marketing and advertising
- High-level Social Media knowledge – Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc
