Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food preparation during peak hours to ensure timely service
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Support the team in meal assembly and plating for service
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and high-quality food delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients used in the restaurant industry

- Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, or food industry roles is a plus
- Food Safe Certification
