IRIS The Visual Group is looking for an Optical Associate to join our fast-paced Fredericton clinic.

You will have an exciting and varied job, based on the well-being of your patients, advice and service.
This position is a Full-Time position (30+ hours/week with the potential for more based on operational needs.
Your role will include duties such as:
Maintaining a friendly demeanor while answering patient inbound and outbound calls;
Ensuring the office emails are checked daily and relevant info is forwarded to the respective team members;
General Administration duties;
Dispensing of glasses and contact lenses;
Pre-testing;
Special testing;
General cleaning duties;
Delivering exceptional customer service to all and an openness to learn about the Optical industry to better guide patient inquiries.

Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Be very comfortable with technology (both PC and Apple products)
