Data Entry & Card Setup Administrator
Type: In-Office, Regina | Monday to Friday 7AM – 4PM Temporary Contract (July 15 – Approximately August 7)
About Our Client
Our client is a respected leader in fuel management and cardlock solutions, serving customers across Western Canada. Known for their commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer service, they provide reliable solutions that help businesses efficiently manage their fuel operations.
As part of a large-scale transition of their physical cardlock card system and supporting database, our client is seeking additional team members to support this critical initiative. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project, gain valuable experience, and be part of a collaborative team working toward a successful system rollout.
Key Responsibilities
As the Data Entry & Card Setup Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the migration of the organization's physical cardlock system by accurately processing customer card setups, maintaining database integrity, and ensuring information is entered efficiently and accurately.
Card Setup & Database Processing
- Process high volumes of physical cardlock card setups for customers as part of a large-scale system conversion.
- Accurately enter, update, and validate customer and card information within the cardlock database.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy to ensure card records are processed correctly.
Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the project team by completing administrative tasks that contribute to meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure data integrity throughout the conversion process.
Customer Service & Communication
- Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding customer account and card setup information.
- Provide timely and accurate support by responding to requests and resolving data discrepancies as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer information is processed efficiently.
Team Collaboration
- Contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment while meeting daily productivity targets.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying where assistance is needed and supporting teammates when priorities shift.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude while contributing to the successful completion of the project.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or a similar office environment.
- Experience processing high volumes of information with a strong focus on accuracy is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes.
