Overview
We are seeking a dedicated a Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be visiting customers in their homes to perform free water quality tests, helping individuals and families better understand what is in their water and how it can impact their health and home.
This is an educational role first and foremost, with the goal of informing customers and offering solutions that fit their specific needs. We believe in building trust through transparency and personalized service. To set you up for success, we offer a comprehensive training program where you will learn about our products and how to effectively communicate with customers. We make sure you are confident, knowledgeable, and ready to make a positive impact before you hit the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a thorough understanding of our products, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid Ontario G2 or G license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Business casual dress
- Flexible availability is an asset
