Your future role on our team
As a business development (BD) and marketing Advisor, you’ll play a key role in our pursuit and sales operations, keeping our tools and content current, our proposals moving and our pipeline strong. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who’s resourceful, organized and takes real pride in producing work that looks as good as it performs.
You’ll report to a team leader for HR purposes while working closely with a wide range of internal partners. Collaboration across teams is central to how this role operates

- Coordinate and help produce pitch decks and sales materials, supporting the production process and coordinating reviews to meet deadlines
- Maintain and update our content management platforms, including project sheets, bios and proof points, keeping everything current, accurate and easy to find
- Help develop proposals and RFP responses by contributing key sections, coordinating inputs from subject matter experts and ensuring content is complete and submission requirements are met
- Produce and format visually compelling content using Canva and Office 365, including presentations, one-pagers and interactive visuals
- Manage and organize content in SharePoint and Loopio, ensuring materials are structured, tagged and ready to deploy
- Liaise with and support internal stakeholders by gathering content, tracking inputs and following up, as needed, and flagging delays to keep pursuit timelines on track

- Summary of certifications and job requirements
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination, marketing or a related field, ideally with solid hands-on experience in proposals or sales content production
- Strong project coordination skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
- A strong graphic sensibility and hands-on experience producing polished, visually compelling content
- Proficiency with Canva, Office 365, SharePoint, and Loopio or similar proposal management platforms
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented, someone who figures things out rather than waiting to be told
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment, taking direction from multiple stakeholders while keeping priorities straight
- Asset: familiarity with AI tools to support content production and efficiency
- Asset: a background in marketing or communications, particularly for graphic design and content
