Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is a sub-constructing role and the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointment schedules, ensuring efficient operations within our office environment. This position requires knowledge of construction and must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing exceptional customer support.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for construction projects and ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling, services, and office policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Excel or similar software for managing on-going construction projects.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software, including QuickBooks, for administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with file management systems and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
- A positive attitude towards construction scheduling and a commitment to enhancing the experience.
