We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. This role involves preparing and maintaining rental properties to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning within hospitality or custodial environments and possess a strong work ethic. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all surfaces are disinfected and free of dust, dirt, and debris
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to property management promptly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to health guidelines during cleaning tasks
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes if required and coordinate with property owners or managers to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality settings is preferred
- Hotel experience or industrial cleaning background is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and sanitation protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
