Join our leadership team and oversee the full financial operations of a dynamic property management portfolio. We’re looking for a strategic, detail‑driven Controller who excels in reporting, budgeting, cash management, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead monthly/annual financial close and reporting
- Manage billing, collections, AP/AR, payroll, and cash‑flow planning
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Improve systems, processes, and internal controls
- Partner with executives to support operational excellence
- Deliver accurate, high‑quality financial outputs for clients and stakeholders
What You Bring:
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience (Controller preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Strong knowledge of condominium property management
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- CPA or similar designation is a strong asset
