About Us
Precision Building Solutions is a trusted provider of exterior building maintenance and repair services in the GTA. We are currently seeking Freelance Rope Access Technicians to support ongoing projects on a casual basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform building exterior inspections at height
- Apply caulking and sealants
- Carry out concrete and masonry repairs
- Complete exterior painting tasks
- Adhere to all safety standards and rope access procedures
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- IRATA or SPRAT certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
- Prior experience in construction or a skilled trade (e.g., caulking, masonry, painting)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable and safety-conscious
