WeDo Dezigns is a fast growing print and signage company specializing in premium custom event signage, wedding displays, foam board cutouts, and large-format printing. We work with thousands of clients across Canada and the United States, helping bring their events and celebrations to life.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and sales-driven individual to manage customer inquiries received through our Instagram page and convert those conversations into completed orders.
This is not a cold-calling position. Every customer you will speak with has already contacted us because they are interested in our products.
Position Overview:
As our Instagram Sales & Client Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through Instagram Direct Messages. Your role is to provide an exceptional customer experience, answer questions, provide quotes, recommend products, and guide customers through the ordering process.
You'll work closely with our design and production team to ensure every order is handled accurately from inquiry to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to Instagram Direct Messages and customer inquiries throughout your scheduled shift
- Build relationships with customers through friendly, professional communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotes and explain pricing
- Collect artwork, event details, and production requirements
- Follow up with customers who have not yet placed an order
- Convert inquiries into completed sales
- Coordinate with the production team regarding customer orders
- Maintain organized customer records within our system
- Use company-approved message templates and saved replies while personalizing each conversation
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first message to final order

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following industries is considered an asset:
- Wedding industry
- Event planning
- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Printing or signage
- Marketing or advertising
Experience using Instagram Business, Meta Business Suite, CRM software, or customer messaging platforms is also considered an asset.
