Position Overview
Nicole McCann Insurance and Financial Services Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Commercial Insurance & Financial Services Advisor to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working with business owners, building long-term client relationships, and providing tailored insurance and financial solutions. You will play a key role in developing commercial business opportunities while also managing and servicing an existing portfolio of clients.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow a commercial lines book of business by prospecting, networking, and generating qualified leads.
- Build relationships with business owners and identify opportunities to provide comprehensive insurance and financial services solutions.
- Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend appropriate commercial insurance products, including property, liability, commercial auto, business interruption, and other business protection solutions.
- Service and retain existing commercial and personal lines clients by providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Cross-sell and refer financial services products to help clients achieve their personal and business financial goals.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospects and existing clients.
- Work closely with the Agent to achieve sales, retention, and growth objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities within the agency's CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in commercial insurance, business-to-business sales, financial services, banking, or a related sales environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate new business, and manage client portfolios.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional, consultative approach to sales and client service.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products is an asset but not required for the right candidate.
- Property & Casualty License and/or LLQP License preferred.
- Willingness to obtain required licensing OTL and LLQP (licensing tuition reimbursed).

Compensation
Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary

Potential Earnings: $80,000 - $130,000+ annually
