Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll help customers with vehicle parts and accessories, place orders, offer product advice, and keep our store organized and clean. Experience is required! Must have great customer service skills, work well with others, lift up to 50 lbs, and be willing to work weekends. Wage based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Advise customers in person and over the phone on vehicle parts and accessories
- Place orders and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide product expertise and recommend relevant parts
- Create and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain store merchandising and ensure products are clean and organized
Requirements
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry would be an asset
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Small engine experience would be a plus!
- Must be willing to work weekends (we are open 7 days a week)
