Overview
We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and possess strong mechanical knowledge. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycle models to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Motorcycle Technician will work in a professional environment dedicated to quality service and customer satisfaction. Salary will be based on experience level.
Duties
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, including engine, brake, suspension, and electrical systems
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle components
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, and fluid checks
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed service records for each motorcycle serviced
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on motorcycles or similar vehicles
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to explain repairs and maintenance procedures to customers
- Prior experience in motorcycle repair or a related field is mandatory
- Ability to pass any required background checks or certifications relevant to the role
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
