Dual-Ticketed Electrician/Millwright — Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced, dual-ticketed Electrician/Millwright with proven leadership skills to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role for a versatile tradesperson who can troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems while guiding and mentoring a crew.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose faults across motors, drives, PLCs, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems
- Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of tradespeople and apprentices
- Drive preventive maintenance programs and minimize equipment downtime
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
What You Bring
- Journeyperson certification in both Electrical and Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) trades
- Significant industrial maintenance experience
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery alignment, and predictive maintenance
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
