We specialize in printing, courier shipping (FedEx, DHL, Purolator), and a wide range of business support services for individuals and small businesses. Position Overview
We are currently looking for a part-time Team Member to join our growing Envoy Port Perry team. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
Schedule & Availability
This position is to cover
- Saturday mornings: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (currently every other Saturday)
- 1 to 3 Weekday closing shifts: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and at the counter
- Open and/or close the store depending on shift
- Process shipping orders using major courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, Purolator, UPS)
- Print documents and complete finishing work such as binding, cutting, and organizing
- Receive and log incoming packages from couriers and clients
- Assist customers with basic print and shipping inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills (this is our #1 priority)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Proficient with Mac computers
- Familiarity with:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
- Canva
(training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Previous experience in printing, shipping, retail, or business services is an asset but not required
What We’re Really Looking For
If you’re not experienced in all of the technical areas listed but you are great with people, dependable, and eager to learn, we still want to hear from you. Skills can be taught, reliability and customer service cannot.
