Banquet Chef
The National Club is seeking an ambitious and passionate Banquet Chef to join our culinary team.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, the Banquet Chef will play a key role in creating exceptional menus and delivering memorable dining experiences for banquets, weddings, member events, and special occasions. This individual will lead the banquet kitchen by example, taking a hands-on approach to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

The Banquet Chef must be an effective leader who builds strong relationships with both the Front of House and Back of House teams, fostering collaboration to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional guest experience.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Banquet Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the banquet kitchen. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and supervising banquet food production, while leading and developing the banquet culinary team. The successful candidate will ensure all banquet functions are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the exceptional standards for which The National Club is known.

Full time salaried position
Works 40+ hours per week
Monday to Friday (some weekends required)
