Overview
Registered Massage Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on client‘s health while working in a supportive and professional environment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service principles, ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history and specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Document client treatments accurately in accordance with clinic policies.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
- Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and effective communication.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other healthcare practitioners.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns.
- Ability to listen actively and adapt treatments based on individual client needs.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Massage Therapy (minimum 2200-hour program) from a recognized massage therapy school
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
