' Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Foster a positive shopping environment that aligns with our brand standards.
- Collaborate with regional managers to meet corporate objectives.'
- 'Qualifications''
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
- Proficiency in merchandising, sales strategies, and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvements.
- Experience with budgeting and payroll is preferred.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
