Brodie Ag is a growing agricultural equipment dealership. We are looking for a highly organized, customer focused Parts Coordinator to help keep our parts department operating efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, including inventory management, parts procurement, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and customer support. The role works closely with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure the timely sourcing, accurate inventory control, and efficient distribution of parts that support both customer needs and service operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the dealership.
What You'll Do
- Manage the receiving, inspection, verification, and organization of incoming parts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate inventory movement, storage, warehouse organization. Maintain well-controlled parts area.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Support purchasing activities by monitoring inventory levels, identifying replenishment needs, preparing purchase requests, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Research, identify, and source parts using supplier resources.
- Assist customers and internal staff in identifying the correct replacement parts and provide timely, knowledgeable solutions.
- Prepare and stage parts for service technicians, minimize equipment downtime.
- Process customer, dealer, and internal parts orders from quotation through shipment.
- Coordinate freight, supplier deliveries, and warehouse logistics.
- Maintain accurate records, pricing, and parts information within software systems.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory processes, and operational efficiencies.
- Work with Sales and Service teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email while representing Brodie Ag in a positive manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and parts department in accordance with company policies and health and safety standards.
- Support additional operational, inventory, purchasing, and administrative responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

- Parts or service coordination
- Heavy equipment
- Agricultural equipment dealership
- Dairy, beef, or livestock operations
- Farm equipment parts / service
- Agricultural experience is considered a strong asset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move parts, supplies, and inventory items as required
- Comfortable working in both office and shop environments
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform general shop-related tasks
- Capable of performing physically active duties as required
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Overtime may be required during busy periods
