Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Handyperson to join our property maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our corporate facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills, along with a self starter attitude.
Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and property repair and upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and repair, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to avoid costly repairs
- Perform & maintain projects and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Maintain safety standards by inspecting work areas, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Experience
- Basic electrical experience with knowledge of wiring, circuitry, PLCs, and schematics.
- Mechanical knowledge including troubleshooting pumps, motors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
