Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French & English) (Healthcare)

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for a healthcare organization. This is a fully remote, 2-month contract role responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process. Fluency in both English and French is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and healthcare-support roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews in both English and French.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment strategies and market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
The client also offers a Flexible Work Program, allowing you to work three days per week onsite at our Mississauga office
The indicated pay range is a good‑faith estimate based on required qualifications, experience, training, and other factors permitted by law. It reflects the pay band established by the client company. Actual offers may vary depending on skills, experience, geographic location, and expected work quality.
