Overview
Hello! I am Sydney, a business and homeowner in St. Andrews, Manitoba, and I am currently looking for a reliable housekeeper/helper to help maintain my busy family’s home.
We are looking for someone who could visit our home 3-4 times/week, during the day while we are at work. Must be OK with our two friendly dogs.
Tasks would include:
-resetting our kitchen on each visit (dishes, counters, quick tidy)
-checking/cleaning two bathrooms
-tidying main floor of house (mostly just picking and putting things back in place like couch blankets and colouring supplies etc)
-quick vaccuum and dust (to keep dog hair down)
-folding laundry
-other tasks as discussed (oven cleaning if needed, fridge cleaning, windows- again, only if asked and would be compensated accordingly for extra time/effort).
I offer a competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour for your dedicated work but am willing to discuss the wage based on experience. The goal is to create a clean, welcoming environment in my home, so attention to detail and consistency are highly valued. I am looking to find someone who can visit our home 3-5 times per week to help us keep up with our household care.

Requirements
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation necessary
- A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to quality service and privacy are essential for success in this role
Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
