We are looking for a full time family member who is a team player, enthusiastic, has a can do attitude, approachable and willing to share your knowledge, learn & grow from others around you. The primary responsibilities include but not limited to, day to day office duties, which include answering phones, booking travel and accommodations, ordering and maintain office supplies & equipment for team members, data entry of time sheets and preparing monthly billing reports. Other duties include updating fleet records, filing, organizing company functions, assisting with advertising needs and other duties as required.
Position Requirements:
Successful applicants will possess the following skills, knowledge, and abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accurate and proficient data entry
- Ability to learn tasks and computer systems quickly
- Takes initiative
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Access or another data base (not required, but is considered an asset)
- Min 1-2 years work experience in office environment
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
