Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Framing (Post Frame & Stud Frame)
- Exterior finishing
- Insulation and Vapour Barrier
- Installing Windows & Doors
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met
Skills
- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the construction site
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
