Salary: $30.00–$45.00 per flat rate hour (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs as per repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to assess systems and components
- Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, A/C, electrical, and more
- Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor regarding repair status and any additional required work
- Estimate time and cost for additional repairs when necessary
- Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership environment as a Flat Rate Technician
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across various automotive systems
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and repair software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
