What we want
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Technical Services Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the team. He/She will be responsible for the preventive inspection, proper operation and maintenance of building mechanical equipment, spa equipment and machinery to ensure a safe site for our guests, who will be able to enjoy a unique experience in complete peace of mind.
What you will do

Supervise and distribute tasks to the team under his/her responsibility and ensure compliance with the standards dictated by the organization;

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards;

Manage and follow up with external suppliers and subcontractors;

Maintain mechanical and electrical rooms, workshops, warehouses and other departmental premises in good order;

Carry out repairs of all kinds, as required;

Perform calibration, adjustment, modification and programming operations on various controls;

Ensure proper operation of systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, geothermal, refrigeration, controls, etc.);

Participate in the implementation and use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System and a building automation system;

Inspect kettles, generators, air exchangers, air and water filters, etc. on a regular basis;

Participate in bath water treatments;

Collaborate with the Manager in personnel management, integration of new employees, approval of hours and management of absences;

Communicate relevant information with the Manager between shift changes;
-
Communicate equipment requirements to the Manager as needed;

Carry out any other related tasks requested by his/her immediate superior or required by his/her duties.
Profile required

College diploma (DEC) in building mechanics (an asset), asset management or other related discipline;

Bilingualism (French and English) given that nearly 75% of our customers are English-speaking;

Experience in project management or site supervision;

Experience working with MS Word (2 years)

Aptitudes for manual and technical work;

Ability to operate various equipment such as tractor, forklift, ¾ ton truck etc. ;

Organizational skills and attention to detail;

Sense of challenge, perseverance, autonomy and ability to mobilize a team;

Good physical condition, able to lift loads of 50lbs (22.5kg) with ease;

Ability to work in a noisy, hot and/or cold outdoor environment;

Ability to work under pressure;
Working hours
40 hours per week (Salaried); hours may vary by day, evening and weekend.
