ABA COMPASS Behavior Therapy Services Inc. is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children and adolescents with autism and related disorders. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated ABA therapists/Instructor therapists to join our team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to support the development and progress of our clients. The main duties :
- Implement individualized behavioral programs developed by the Behaviour Analyst
- Collect, summarize, and graph behavioral data, as well as monitor progress
- Utilize discrete trial teaching techniques to facilitate skill acquisition.
- Implement natural teaching strategies and promote the development of play skills.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials as needed for therapy sessions
- Report regularly to the clinical director, supervisor regarding client progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with the therapy team, attending regular meetings and contributing to client treatment plans.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications;
- Candidates must have attainment of the Ontario College graduate Certificate in Autism & Behavioral Science or any related diplomas.
- Bachelor degree in psychology or any certificate with an intense focus on the nature of treating /training individuals with disabilities and /or special needs.
- A Minimum of 2 years work experience is required.
- Knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
- An attainment of the (PCM)Professional Crisis Management training is required.
- A Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
