This is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, AB.
At Tool Shed, events don't happen in a vacuum - they happen in the middle of a busy brewery and taproom. We're looking for someone who loves hospitality just as much as they love planning. This role is a combination of event coordination, guest experience, and hands-on taproom operations.
You'll be responsible for planning and executing private events, community gatherings, reservations, and brewery activations while also being an active presence on the taproom floor. Whether you're meeting with clients, helping the team navigate a busy service, greeting guests, solving problems in real time, or ensuring an event runs seamlessly, you'll be a visible leader who helps create exceptional experiences every day - not just during events.
You'll work closely with our kitchen, bar, and leadership teams to coordinate logistics, manage bookings, build event timelines, maintain calendars, support marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow event business. This is not a desk-only position; success in this role comes from being engaged with both our guests and our team.
