Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain guest records and update reservation information accurately in the system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and managing guest accounts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are well-maintained
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and high standards of service
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience working at a front desk or in hospitality is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of guest services operations within a hotel setting
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with attention to detail and professionalism
Pay: From $24.06 per hour
