The Role
This is a full-cycle sales position. You'll take leads from first contact through to a closed deal — no hand-offs.
You'll be calling pre-qualified leads (small businesses with no website or an outdated one), generating interest, and booking discovery calls. You'll run those calls yourself — walking prospects through a custom website mockup and presenting our full range of packages and services.
Beyond one-time sales, you'll build recurring income by signing clients onto ongoing plans: hosting, maintenance, and content creation. Every client who stays subscribed keeps earning you monthly commission.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cold calling pre-qualified leads from a list we provide
- Booking and running your own discovery calls
- Presenting custom website mockups and walking clients through their options
- Selling website packages alongside hosting, maintenance, and content subscriptions
- Following up with warm leads who didn't commit first time
- Handling objections and guiding prospects toward the right package
- Logging all activity in a shared CRM
What We're Looking For
- Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Natural and confident on the phone and on video — not scripted
- Comfortable presenting a product and guiding someone toward a decision
- Resilient under high call volume — rejection doesn't rattle you
- Self-directed with strong pipeline management
- Reliable and responsive — we're a small team and communication matters
- Someone who wants ownership of their role, not just a paycheck
Toronto or surrounding area preferred.
Compensation
- One-time commission on every website package you close
- Recurring monthly commission on every client signed onto a hosting, maintenance, or content plan — passive income that grows as your client base does
- No cap on earnings
