Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the president, the role of the production manager is to lead the manufacturing activities of two product lines that take place at two different production sites. He is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all the resources of his department in order to meet the established production schedule and ensure the conformity of the finished products. The production manager is a member of the executive committee.

Knowledge, Education and experience
Hold a college or university diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent studies/experience;
Knowledge in the mold manufacturing industry and the injection process;
Knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing;
Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in managing a production team;
Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite and Business Central).
