Job Overview
We are seeking an administrative member to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
- Work on Files related to immigration and much more
- Help with content and videos or reels for our company social media, preferable be part of the videos related to immigration information only.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading, organizing files, and managing paperwork
- Support bookkeeping activities related to billing and invoicing when necessary
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry, filing, and document management

Pay: $18.00-$27.36 per hour
