Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct facilities maintenance including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment and fixtures
- Operate heavy cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries professionally
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage workload efficiently
