Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, commission-only position ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting new people, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with retail partners.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for developing and managing wholesale dealer accounts in Edmonton, Red Deer, and surrounding communities, while supporting business growth throughout Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Develop new wholesale dealer accounts and expand Furniture Kart's dealer network.
- Visit furniture retailers, mattress stores, and home furnishing businesses to promote Furniture Kart products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Present product collections, pricing, and promotional programs.
- Generate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent Furniture Kart Inc. professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in furniture, mattresses, flooring, appliances, home improvement, or related industries is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Alberta.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary. High-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on their sales performance.

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
