The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years experience. The applicant should be able to work with others but also by himself/herself. He/she should have the knowledge to accomplish all finish carpentry tasks. The applicant should take pride in their work. It’s important that the applicant is organized and keeps their area of work clean. He/she should have tools.
