The Role
Mustang Powder runs an all-inclusive, remotelodge at full occupancy all winter. Housekeeping is what keeps the guest experience seamless — and it's a hands-on, physical role in a small, tight-knit team.
You'll keep guest rooms, common areas, and lodge spaces spotless and guest-ready every day, working through a lodge where the standard is high and the pace doesn't let up. In the evenings, you'll pick up a few hours behind the bar, supporting the team as guests wind down after a day on snow.
What You'll Do
- Full housekeeping duties across guest rooms and common lodge areas — cleaning, laundry, restocking
- Maintain lodge presentation to a premium guest-experience standard, every day
- Support the bar team for a few hours each evening
- Work within a small remote team where flexibility and initiative matter
- Follow all lodge safety and operational protocols specific to a remote, cat-access-only property
What You Need
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Serving It Right certification required (BC)
- Comfortable living and working at a remote lodge for extended rotations
- Physically able to manage a full day of cleaning duties followed by an evening shift
- Team-first attitude — this is a small crew living and working closely together
The Deal
- Pay: $225/day + tips (averaging ~$150/day)
- 10 days on, 10 days out — full accommodation and meals provided during your on-days
- One day of cat skiing per week — get out on the snow yourself
- Seasonal position, starting mid-November through mid-april
