JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for leasing or renting the various private pay housing options at Elim Village Garrison Crossing. This individual is the primary point of contact for incoming residents into our Independent Living community and coordinates cross-departmentally to ensure a resident’s move-in experience is smooth, all while providing high quality customer service. This position leads client meetings, manages prospect waitlists, prices housing inventory, oversees the sales team, is the department lead for our CRM, and leads other aspects of Elim’s sales function. The Sales Manager represents Elim Village as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, embodying the image and values of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Office Administration, Marketing, or related discipline

Five years’ experience working in administration, client relations, or sales

Computer proficient, including effective working skills in a CRM, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Three years of management experience

Experience working within real estate sales, marketing, or the seniors living industry is considered an asset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
-
Oversee tracking of sales activities and vacant suite inventory in relevant software/CRM
-
Interact with our older adult clientele / family members via email, phone, and meetings
-
Price housing inventory upon turnover, conducting ongoing market evaluations
-
Fill private pay vacancies in all housing types as they arise
-
Initiate and conduct all aspects of the housing agreements including life lease and rentals from start to finish with new clients, including conducting independent leases

Coordinate the logistics of an Independent Living resident’s move in /out experience cross-departmentally and with legal partners, providing superior customer service

Manage the sales team on a day-to-day basis

Oversee tours of prospective clients on suite vacancies

Initiate and provide input into the review of key sales documentation as needed

Manage the waitlists of prospective clientele for all housing types

Assist with the analysis of department policies and procedures
