JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary
The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food quality standards are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Food Service
Serve breakfast and lunch dishes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Workstation Setup
Prep and set up stations and equipment for smooth service.
Quality Control
Ensure food presentation and quality standards are consistently met.
Cleanliness & Organization
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment throughout the restaurant.
Storage & Inventory
Ensure all food and items are properly stored and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
Minimum Requirements
· Serving experience preferred
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· High level of flexibility with strong interpersonal abilities to thrive in a diverse workplace
· Proven ability to collaborate and contribute positively in a team setting
· Valid Food Handler Certificate is required
· Smart Serve certification is mandatory
Working Conditions
- Weekends, as needed.
- Ability to stand for long period of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
