Responsibilities
- Assist customers with automotive diagnostics and provide recommendations for vehicle parts and accessories
- Manage sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assist in stocking shelves and assisting with order fulfillment
- Engage in effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting products and services to enhance sales performance.
- Uphold store standards of cleanliness and organization within the retail space, including stocking merchandise effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts or service, with knowledge of automotive diagnostics preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales goals in a retail environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in retail math and capable of performing basic mathematical calculations related to sales transactions.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members alike.
