Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience from arrival to departure. The Dental Receptionist will support daily operations by managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using practice management software.
- Answer multi-line phone calls, address patient inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical records system.
- Assist with insurance verification and processing when required.
- Provide general information about dental services and procedures.
- Work closely with dental staff to maintain a smooth and efficient office flow.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a medical/dental office is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with Dolphin Management or Akitu One is beneficial, but training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (required).
- Farsi is considered an asset.
