We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative annual maintenance within guest rooms
- Complete painting, drywall repairs, and silicone work as required
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with general grounds work and upkeep of exterior areas
- Ensure tools, work areas, and storage spaces are kept clean and organized
- Assist with other maintenance duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Working knowledge of painting, drywall, and basic repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
