Your Role as a Production Technician:
As a Production Technician, you will assist in restoring properties after water, fire, mold, and other damage. This is a physical, labor-intensive role that requires hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with water and flood damage mitigation (extraction, drying, dehumidification)
✅ Help with fire and smoke damage cleanup (soot removal, deodorization, structural cleaning)
✅ Support mold remediation and biohazard cleanup (containment, demolition, cleaning)
✅ Perform content cleaning and restoration (pack-outs, item cleaning, storage)
✅ Use hand and power tools for demolition and restoration work
✅ Set up and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
✅ Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
✅ Follow instructions from Crew Chiefs and Supervisors
✅ Maintain a professional attitude while working in homes and businesses
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
✅No prior experience required, but restoration or general labor experience is a plus
✅ IICRC certifications are an asset but not required (training available)
✅Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
✅ Comfortable working in dirty, wet, or hazardous environments (PPE provided)
✅ Able to work Monday-Friday, on-call shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
✅ Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
