Forklift Operator – Full-Time

Santerra Stonecraft is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to support our yard and plant operations. This role involves safely moving materials, assisting with production, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, move, and store materials (pallets, stone, pavers, blocks)
- Prepare and organize products for shipment
- Maintain yard and plant cleanliness
- Assist with production and basic equipment operation
- Report safety, quality, or equipment issues
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years forklift experience
- Valid forklift license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to read and complete shipping documents
Schedule:
- Day and night shifts required
- 42–60 hours per week
